Mike Campbell

Pastor · Teacher · Missions Leader

Mike is an experienced pastor who has served the local church for 29 years. He holds a degree in banking and finance from the University of Mississippi and left that field after 10 years to answer God's call to ministry. He attended Rhema Bible Training Center with his wife Jaida, graduating in 1991 with a degree in Pastoral Ministry, and later completed a Master's in Christian Leadership from Liberty University.

After 11 years on staff at Trinity Assembly in Algood, he served as Lead Pastor for 18 years. Today he conducts financial seminars to help people get out of debt, coaches pastors in leadership and finances, and speaks at Men's, Missions, and Ministers Conferences, revivals, and mission crusades around the world.

Jaida Campbell

Preacher · Author · Women's Mentor

Jaida is a wife, mother of 3 grown sons, grandmother of 7, a retired school teacher, mentor, preacher, teacher of the Word, and published author. She has traveled in the U.S. and abroad teaching God's Word and carries a strong message of encouragement and empowerment to women across the globe. Her first book, Live Like Royalty, speaks to women and girls about who they are in the Royal Family of God.

With 25+ years of preschool experience, 20 years as a public school teacher working with at-risk students, and SAMHSA-certified Trauma Informed Care training, Jaida leads mission teams — including trips to the La Ola Girls Home in Jalisco, Mexico.

Pastor Schools for Nationals

We build up national pastors and church leaders through seminars and Pastor Schools — strengthening biblical content, pastoral care, and church growth. MCM helps fund travel, food, and lodging so pastors who could not otherwise attend can be trained.

Outreaches & Crusades

Working with evangelists, missionaries, and local churches, we conduct outreaches and crusades that reach the unreached — planting new churches and enlarging existing ones. New converts are discipled, just as Jesus instructed. We are working extensively in Ghana.

Building Projects

We raise funds and send “building teams” who use their skills to bless ministries. We have worked on projects in Thailand, Kenya, and Mexico, currently have projects in Ghana and Mexico, and look forward to establishing projects in Tanzania soon.

Compassion & Humanitarian

Some communities are one sickness away from devastation. We help pastors and their flocks be healthy and whole — providing food, clean water, and relief where the need is greatest. We have assisted in Nepal, Ghana, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and South Africa.

Missions Consulting

Drawing on decades of pastoral and field experience, we help churches build a missions mindset, organize a missions program, and train people for local and international trips. Our Missions Matrix helps a church choose missions that fit its DNA.

Coaching

Mike and Jaida coach pastors and churches from a deep well of experience. Mike brings 29 years of pastoral leadership plus banking and finance expertise to help churches manage money well. Jaida coaches in women's ministry, leadership, and trauma-informed care.
