Our Calling

In October 2019, Mike and Jaida Campbell stepped down after nearly three decades of local-church ministry to answer a wider call — to strengthen pastors, plant churches, and bring the good news of Jesus to the nations.

Today Mike Campbell Ministries works across four continents and here at home, coming alongside national pastors and local churches so the gospel takes root and endures.

Mike Campbell is an experienced pastor who has served the local church for 29 years. Mike has a degree in banking and finance from the University of Mississippi. He left the banking and finance field after 10 years to answer God’s call to ministry. He attended Rhema Bible Training Center with his wife Jaida, graduating in 1991 with a degree in Pastoral Ministry. He began serving as a staff member at Trinity Assembly in Algood, and after 11 years, became Lead Pastor, where he would serve for the next 18 years. During this time, Mike completed his Master’s Degree in Christian Leadership from Liberty University.

He has led training seminars for the Tennessee District AG, spoken at numerous leadership conferences, and led mission crusades around the world. He conducts financial seminars to help people get out of debt, coaches pastors in leadership and finances, and speaks at Men’s, Missions, and Ministers Conferences and Revivals.

Jaida Campbell is a wife, mother of 3 grown sons, a grandmother of 7, a retired school teacher, mentor, preacher, teacher of the Word, and published author. She has traveled in the U.S. and abroad teaching God’s Word, spoken at leadership and women’s conferences, and has a strong message of encouragement and empowerment to women across the globe. Her first book, Live Like Royalty, speaks to women and girls about who they are in the Royal Family of God.

She has 25+ years of preschool experience, oversaw Women’s Ministries, is a public-school teacher of 20 years working with at-risk students, and a SAMHSA-certified Trauma-Informed Care trainer.
