Our Calling

Since 2020, Mike & Jaida Campbell have carried one calling to the nations — good news, delivered.

Pastor Mike Campbell spent 29 years serving the local church — 18 of them as Lead Pastor of Trinity Assembly in Algood, Tennessee — before he and his wife Jaida stepped down in 2019 to found Mike Campbell Ministries.

Together they equip pastors and leaders, lead outreaches and crusades, build for the local church, and run compassion projects in places like Ghana, Tanzania, South Africa, Bangladesh, Mexico, Thailand, Nepal, and Lebanon. Jaida, a retired educator with decades of experience among at-risk children, leads an annual team to minister at the La Ola girls' home in Jalisco, Mexico.

We call the friends and partners who make this possible our Harvest Partners — because the work of the gospel is a harvest, and it belongs to all of us together.

A pastor and a teacher, married in ministry for more than three decades — now serving churches and leaders across the globe.

Mike Campbell

Teaching & missions · leadership & financial coaching

Mike is an experienced pastor who has served the local church for 29 years. He earned a degree in banking and finance from the University of Mississippi and worked in the field for ten years before answering God's call to ministry. He attended Rhema Bible Training Center with his wife Jaida, graduating in 1991 with a degree in Pastoral Ministry.

He began serving on staff at Trinity Assembly in Algood and, after 11 years, became Lead Pastor for the next 18. During that time Mike completed his Master's Degree in Christian Leadership from Liberty University. He has led training seminars for the Tennessee District AG, spoken at leadership conferences, and led mission crusades around the world.

Mike conducts financial seminars to help people get out of debt, coaches pastors in leadership and finances, and speaks at Men's, Missions, and Ministers' Conferences and Revivals. He preaches the uncompromised Word of God, with signs following, as we strive to reach the nations for the Kingdom.

Jaida Campbell

Encouragement & empowerment for women worldwide

Jaida is a wife, mother of three grown sons, grandmother of seven, a retired school teacher, mentor, preacher, teacher of the Word, and published author. She has traveled across the U.S. and abroad teaching God's Word, and carries a strong message of encouragement and empowerment to women around the globe.

She brings 25+ years of preschool experience, oversaw Women's Ministries, and served 20 years as a public school teacher working with at-risk students. Jaida is a SAMHSA-certified Trauma-Informed Care trainer who equips schools and non-profit organizations. She leads an annual team to the La Ola girls' home in Jalisco, Mexico.

Pastor Schools for Nationals

We build up national pastors and church leaders through seminars and pastor schools — strengthening them in biblical content, pastoral care, and church growth. MCM helps fund travel, food, and lodging so leaders who could not otherwise attend can be trained and equipped.

Outreaches & Crusades

Working with local churches and ministries, we conduct outreaches and crusades that reach the unreached, plant new churches, and enlarge existing ones. New converts are discipled alongside the pastor schools — with extensive work in Ghana, plus Zambia and Tanzania.

Building Projects

We raise funds and send skilled "building teams" who use their gifts to bless ministries. Past projects include Thailand, Kenya, and Mexico; current work is in Ghana and Mexico, with Tanzania on the horizon.

Compassion & Humanitarian

Some communities are one sickness away from devastation. We help provide food, clean water, and relief so pastors and their flocks can thrive — already assisting in Nepal, Ghana, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and South Africa.

Missions Consulting

Drawing on decades of pastoral and field experience, we help churches build a missions mindset, organize a missions program, and train teams for local and global trips. Our "Missions Matrix" helps a church choose missions that fit its unique DNA.

Coaching

Mike and Jaida coach pastors and churches from a deep well of experience — Mike in pastoral leadership and church finance, Jaida in women's ministry, education, and trauma-informed care — helping leaders navigate unprecedented times.

Everything rises and falls on leadership. We equip leaders and emerging leaders with the training to succeed in any environment — building integrity, teamwork, and a pipeline of leadership that reproduces itself for tomorrow's growth.
