For nearly three decades Mike and Jaida served a local church family. Today they carry that same heart across the globe — training leaders, encouraging pastors, and showing the love of God to the one and the multitude alike.

An experienced pastor of 29 years with a banking & finance degree from the University of Mississippi and a Master’s in Christian Leadership from Liberty University. A Rhema Bible Training Center graduate, Mike served 18 years as Lead Pastor at Trinity Assembly in Algood. He leads mission crusades worldwide, conducts financial seminars to help people get out of debt, and coaches pastors in leadership and finances.

Wife, mother of three grown sons, grandmother of seven, retired schoolteacher, mentor and published author. Jaida has taught God’s Word across the U.S. and abroad with a strong message of encouragement to women. With 25+ years in preschool education, 20 years teaching at-risk students, and SAMHSA Trauma-Informed Care certification, she leads the La Ola trips to Mexico.

We train and fund national pastors through seminars and Pastor Schools — strengthening them in biblical content, pastoral care, and church growth so they can lead effectively.
Working with local churches and evangelists, we reach the unreached and plant new churches — extensively in Ghana, and in Zambia, Tanzania and beyond — then disciple new believers.
We raise funds and send skilled “building teams” to bless ministries. Past projects in Thailand, Kenya and Mexico; current work in Ghana and Mexico, with Tanzania soon.
Food, clean water and relief where it’s needed most — already helping pastors and communities in Nepal, Ghana, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe and South Africa.
